Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, enhancing client satisfaction, and supporting the growth of our solar business.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Identify and target potential clients in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
• Generate leads through cold calls, digital channels, and networking.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and process invoices and billing statements accurately and on time.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records, GST working, and acknowledge.
• Follow up with clients regarding payments, queries, and other communication.
• Oversee general office administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity in all tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 0.6 month to 1 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and billing software/tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Tally.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Must reside within 5-8 km of the office location.
• Educational qualification: Minimum Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
