Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer, located in Delhi, India. The Sales Officer will focus on driving sales, generating leads, and managing customer relationships. Responsibilities include conducting sales operations, promoting channel sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of Battery Smart’s network. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve business goals and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Proven ability in Sales Operations and Lead Generation to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
- Experience in Channel Sales and managing partnerships to expand the network and improve sales effectiveness.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Understanding of the electric mobility or automotive industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
