We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with our customers. You will help adventure enthusiasts discover and book the perfect trekking experience with Himalaya Shelter.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for travel and adventure, and the ability to connect with clients to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Engage potential clients through phone, email, and social media to convert leads into bookings.
• Customer Consultation: Understand client needs and recommend suitable treks.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records from inquiry to booking.
• Relationship Building: Build lasting relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and trekking teams.
• Market Research: Stay updated on adventure tourism trends and opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 2-3 years in sales, preferably in travel or adventure tourism.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English and Hindi.
• Customer-Focused: Passionate about excellent customer service.
• Sales-Driven: Able to meet and exceed targets.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM, Microsoft Office, and online booking systems.
• Travel Enthusiast: Passion for trekking and adventure tourism.
• Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
