Roles and Responsibilities – Health Food Chef (Bowls, Salads & Burritos)

• Food Preparation & Cooking
• Prepare and assemble healthy dishes such as salad bowls, burrito bowls, wraps, smoothies, and balanced meals.
• Ensure freshness, portion control, and consistency in every bowl prepared.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards aligned with the brand’s health concept.
• Ingredient Management
• Wash, chop, and prepare vegetables, proteins, and dressings daily.
• Ensure proper storage of fresh produce and maintain minimal food wastage.
• Check inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Quality & Hygiene Standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen area at all times.
• Follow FSSAI and company hygiene protocols strictly.
• Ensure ingredients meet freshness and quality standards.
• Menu & Recipe Development
• Suggest new healthy recipes and creative bowl combinations to keep the menu exciting.
• Modify recipes for dietary preferences such as vegan, gluten-free, or high-protein options.
• Customer Focus
• Understand customer preferences and ensure taste, nutrition, and presentation balance.
• Maintain consistency in flavor and appearance for every order served.
• Teamwork & Coordination
• Work closely with the service team and other kitchen staff for smooth operations.
• Support team members during rush hours and help with prep as required.
• Inventory & Cost Control
• Monitor stock usage to minimize wastage and control food costs.
• Report shortages or expired ingredients immediately.
• Health & Safety Compliance
• Follow all kitchen safety protocols and handle equipment responsibly.
• Ensure allergen information and dietary labeling are properly followed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
