Role Overview You will be working as a Sailpoint IIQ L3 Support Engineer on a contract basis at Bengaluru South location. Your primary responsibility will be to provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues related to Sailpoint IIQ. Collaboration with various teams for efficient problem-solving and ensuring customer satisfaction will also be a part of your role. Key Responsibilities - Provide advanced technical support for Sailpoint IIQ - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly - Collaborate with different teams for efficient problem-solving - Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support Qualifications Required - Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills - Experience in customer support and service roles - Knowledge of operating systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Relevant certifications in Sailpoint IIQ or related technologies are a plus - Prior experience in IT support roles is advantageous,
