Description
As an experienced Lead Solution Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work products within due timelines and may also mentor or direct junior team members and liaise with onsite/offshore teams to understand functional requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and document business and functional requirements related to IAM and SailPoint IIQ/ Identity Security Cloud. - Configuring and customizing SailPoint components, including workflows, rules, policies, and connectors, to meet specific business requirements. - Integrating SailPoint with various enterprise systems, such as Active Directory, databases, cloud applications, and HR systems. - Onboarding new applications into SailPoint, including configuring connectors and defining SOD policies. - Implementing and managing role-based access control (RBAC), access requests, and certification campaigns. - Identifying and resolving issues related to SailPoint configurations, integrations, and workflows. - Ensuring that the SailPoint IIQ/ Identity Security Cloud implementation adheres to security policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. - Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ/ Identity Security Cloud including Application Onboarding, Lifecycle Events, Access Certifications, Reports, Roles, Workflows, Rules etc. - Real-time project experience on client engagements within Identity and Access Management domain across clients based out of the US or other geographies globally. - Understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts such as Provisioning, Lifecycle Management, Access Certifications, Segregation of Duties (SOD) Policies, Password Management. - Experience working on at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++ etc. - Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes. - Experience in creating test scripts, test plan and conducting and/or supervising unit testing, QA testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, smoke testing etc. The team you will be part of, the Digital Trust & Privacy Cyber Identity practice, focuses on designing, developing, and implementing industry-leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
