QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years hands-on technical experience including implementation, maintenance, and maturing Sailpoint IIQ technology capabilities
* Hands-on experience implementing Sailpoint IIQ in large enterprise
* Experience optimizing processes and ensuring system performance is optimal
* Hands-on experience with SQL and JDBC
* Collaborative team player, who will work closely with IAM, GRC, and other technology teams
* Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal skills with an ability to express technical concepts in business terms
* Excellent technical and system documentation skills
* Enthusiastic about learning and enabling new IAM capabilities, while providing user-friendly, security-minded solutions
