Job Description

Role: SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer

Location: Coimbatore / Hyderabad

Years of Experience: 5+ (4 years of relevant experience)

Work Mode Work from Office

Budget – As per market Standards

Role Overview

As a SailPoint IIQ Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions across the enterprise. You will work closely with security and IAM teams to ensure secure and efficient access governance.

Responsibilities

Develop and customize
SailPoint IdentityIQ
workflows, rules, tasks & connectors
Implement
provisioning, access request, certification & lifecycle
processes
Integrate IIQ with enterprise systems (AD, LDAP, REST, APIs, JDBC, etc.)
Handle debugging, system upgrades & production support
Create technical documentation and support deployment activities
Collaborate with security, IAM, and application teams

Required Skills

5+ years
of hands-on experience in
SailPoint IdentityIQ
Expertise in
Java, Beanshell, XML, SQL
Strong understanding of IAM, RBAC, Access Governance
Experience with enterprise application integrations
Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills

Good to Have

SailPoint certifications
Exposure to cloud identity platforms
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks
