SailPoint Identity Security Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize

  SailPoint IdentityNow

  identity governance solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into detailed technical specifications.
  
• Configure and deploy

  IdentityNow modules

  for robust access and identity lifecycle management.
• Develop, configure, and troubleshoot

  connectors

  for seamless integration with enterprise systems and applications.
• Execute user lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, and role management.
  
• Set up and manage

  access certifications

  , access reviews, and governance campaigns.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for identity-related issues.
  
• Conduct knowledge transfer, training sessions, and best-practice workshops for client teams.
  
• Maintain high-quality documentation covering architecture, configurations, workflows, and policies.
  
• Ensure implementations comply with security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  
• Stay updated with latest IGA trends, SailPoint features, and technology advancements.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  

• 4+ years of hands-on experience

  with SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Strong understanding of

  Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

  frameworks and processes.
• Experience in deploying, configuring, and managing SailPoint identity solutions in enterprise environments.
  
• Good understanding of related technologies:

  Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, SAML, OAuth, Federation

  .
• Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication and client-interaction skills.
  
• SailPoint certifications (e.g.,

  IdentityNow Engineer

  ) are an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with scripting languages such as

  Java, BeanShell, or PowerShell

  .
• Experience in workflow automation and access request workflow enhancements within SailPoint.
  
• Knowledge of cloud environments and integrations:

  AWS / Azure

  .
• ISC-related professional certifications are a plus.
