Job Overview

VBeyond Corporation is seeking a mid-level SailPoint Developer for a full-time position. The role is located in major Indian cities including Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai. As a SailPoint Developer, you will be instrumental in managing Identity and Access Management solutions for clients. This position requires you to work with advanced Java and SailPoint IdentityIQ technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in SailPoint IdentityIQ with the ability to configure and manage IdentityIQ product solutions (Mandatory skill).
• Advanced knowledge of Java programming for the development of extensions and customization of IdentityIQ (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in Identity and Access Management principles, ensuring secure access across platforms (Mandatory skill).
• Familiarity with XML for configuration, data exchange, and customization of workflows.
• Understanding of beanshell scripting to streamline the customization and automation processes within IdentityIQ.
• Experience in implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to enforce selective access ensuring data integrity.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify, resolve problems, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions with a focus on enhancing user access provisioning.
• Customize and integrate IdentityIQ with various enterprise systems following specified requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align Identity and Access Management solutions with IT security policies.
• Provide technical expertise in Java and beanshell scripting for the development of customized plugins.
• Implement Role-Based Access Control frameworks to streamline user access management processes.
• Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, and process improvement initiatives to influence project scopes.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality and performance of Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Remain updated on industry trends to boost competence and innovation in existing solutions.
