Job Description

As a Safety person for the manufacturing unit in the Plastic, rubber & foam industry, located in Prithla Palwal, your primary responsibilities will include: - Implementing safety plans and procedures to ensure a safe work environment within the manufacturing unit. - Conducting regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards. - Providing safety training to employees on proper procedures and protocols. - Investigating accidents or incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences. - Maintaining safety records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing safety plans in a manufacturing setting. - Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage employees on safety protocols. - The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to safety issues promptly. Please note that this is a full-time position with working hours from 7:30pm to 9am, and the salary offered is up to 40k per month. Additionally, benefits such as commuter assistance may be provided.
