Designation - Safety Officer

Location - Dolvi, Roha, Maharashtra

Qualification - Bsc with PDIS

Experience - 3 to 4+ years

CTC - Negotiable

Role & responsibilities

Punctual at work place
Holding tool box training with workers at start of shift
Ensuring safety regulations are being followed by every employees
Ensuring PPE's are made available within time
Safety material requirement to be sent on or before 25th of every month to store & Maintaing record of safety items issued in soft and hard copy
Imparting induction training on safety for every new joinee
Organizing safety training for all workers as per Client calender
Near miss, UA and UC reports to be shared with client Safety In-charge on a daily basis Training to provide like height pass, confined space, BBS etc
Poster to made and put in every location with required information
Weekly safety review meeting with weekly presentation in plant office
Planning line walk with senior management & JSW
Mass Meeting planning & prize distribution
Appreciate manpower with prize for good work related to safety
Campaing drive with proper planning
