Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Safety Officer to join our team at Vamsi Labs Ltd, located in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety training programs.
Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
Maintain accurate records of safety performance metrics and report findings to management.
Ensure all safety procedures are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and life sciences regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with safety management systems and incident investigation techniques.
