Job Description

Responsibility Summary: Monitoring and developing KPI (Key performance indicator) and MMR (Monthly Management review) with the contractors to provide a risk-free environment at site. Carryout HSSE inspection of work area, P&M equipment's, machineries etc. Provide information, instruction, training and supervision so that people working under him or her are competent to carry-out their work. Provide health and safety upkeep under company policy,planning, scheduling and implementation of safety activities as per guidelines. Safe act auditing-Awareness of site hazards-Compliance of PPE. Contractor Safety Management-HSSE trainings, Lifesaving rules, Reporting monthly HSSE reports. Management of change and emergency daily site review before work begins, emergency plan and drills. Review of necessary work permit and risk assessment whenever to begin the job. Remining all the workers that the safety in the best policy and target Zero accident. Employee and contractor Safety induction program and mock drills and fire safety trainings. Effectively arrange training programs on topics related to safety. Conducting safety inspections/ Audits, Health surveys and field audit for compliance. Ensure safety-system implementation with compliance to the procedures and work practices. Primary Responsibilities: To ensure the site HSSE rules and it should be complied by the workers and employees. Issuing of work permits and conducting risk assessments at the job site. Register HSSE compliance and follow up corrective actions. Monitoring and implementation of HSSE plan at work location as per the instruction of HSSE head. Conducting mom with the contractors and site HSSE inspections. Site safety management, Site induction, TBT, Site safety meetings,site access controls. Conduct investigation of near miss cases and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Secondary Responsibilities: Contractor safety. PTW requirements, PTW controls being implemented. CSFA Audit (Contractor field safety administration) PPE's and Certified Tools. Fire Prevention and Control at job sites. Job specific trainings on Height work, Hot work, Lototo, step ladder and mobile scaffolding also tools and equipment's.
