Job Description

Play active role in interpretation of SMS standards for ease of implementation by the client
Work with clients site team in SMS element implementation
Technical support to the client and giving direction for rolling out the plan of action based on road map.
Provides assurance and insights of project progress to the site head and Top Management of the client
Work with the client for rolling out SMS standards and on-field data collection
Participate actively in SMS team meetings to guide and monitor the quality of meeting
Work with shop floor employees in implementation of SMS standards at field level
Conduct field visit and audit to verify the effectiveness of implementation of SMS elements
Discussion with the clients SMS team to understand the challenges and support them with his expertise
Conduct awareness program on SMS
Monitoring of KPIs and developing MIS
Preparing Safety Technical training modules.
