Safety Engineer Interior Fit-Out Projects

You should have at least 2 years of experience in construction or interior project safety. As a Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring safety compliance, conducting audits, and implementing preventive measures on commercial interior fit-out project sites. Your role will be crucial in establishing a zero-incident culture across all sites. Your main responsibilities will include conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments, enforcing compliance with safety norms and company standards, maintaining incident reports and safety training logs, as well as training workers and subcontractors on safety protocols and emergency response. You will also need to collaborate with project managers to ensure that corrective actions are put in place. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in safety roles within construction or interior projects. A Diploma in Industrial Safety or equivalent certification would be preferred. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to provide on-ground team training are essential.
