Qualifications:

• Educational:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering

  or

  Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Certificate course in

  Traffic Transportation/Safety Engineering

Experience Requirements:

1. Total Professional Experience:

• Minimum

  5 years

  in Civil works, including major bridge projects.

1. Road Safety Experience:

• At least

  3 years

  of experience in

  Road Safety works

  for major highway projects (4/6 laning) including major bridges.

1. Specialized Experience:

• Proven experience in preparing and managing

  Road Safety Management Plans

  .

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform technical work in environmental, health, and safety (ES&H) disciplines to ensure compliance with ES&H standards, as well as federal and state regulations.
• Apply fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of environmental and safety engineering.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety and health programs, systems, and procedures.
• Monitor and mitigate hazards and occupational health risks in the workplace.
• Investigate accidents, injuries, and workplace hazards, and recommend corrective measures.
