SAFETY COMPONENT PEDESTRIAN SAFETY TESTING

As an AM / DM handling model development activities, your role will involve planning and executing design/development test requirements, conducting root cause analysis, coordinating with the CAE/Design team, and managing the team. Key responsibilities include: - Planning and executing design/development test requirements. - Conducting root cause analysis and developing counter-measures. - Coordinating with CAE/Design team for result validation and implementation. - Managing the team and providing training to team members. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies: - Experience in vehicle-related safety testing such as seat belt anchorage, head form, bumper & side impact, pedestrian headform & legform tests. - Awareness of pedestrian safety test dummies like headform, flex-pli, a-pli, etc. - Knowledge of passive safety regulations and NCAP protocols and safety ratings. - Hands-on experience with UG software. - Strong team player with good analytical, presentation, and decision-making skills. - Ability for future planning, conceptualization thinking, and specific expertise in the functional area. - Openness to learning, creative and innovative approach, sharing experiences, skillful trainer, and disseminating learning in the related field to the group.,
