Job Description

Role Overview: As a part of our well-established commercial trucking consulting company, your role in the Transportation Safety and Compliance Sector will involve promoting high standards in Safety and Compliance within the Trucking Industry in Canada & USA. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring accuracy and compliance of Driver Hours of Service (HOS) from ELD logs and driver files. - Performing audits and monitoring to ensure policy and procedure compliance. - Overseeing fleet and driver files to maintain compliance. - Managing CVOR events and conducting Compliance Monitoring. - Performing data entry of Driver Qualification Files and Fleet maintenance records. - Reporting and scheduling follow-ups with drivers on violations, tickets, accidents, injuries, claims, and incidents. - Collaborating with other departments to enhance driver retention and address driver complaints. - Ordering Driver Abstracts for Annual Reviews and evaluating Driver Fuel and Border crossing. - Updating records and providing required reports. - Being available on call to handle emergency situations. - Assisting with other Safety and Compliance functions as needed. Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Punjabi as a second language is always an asset. - Knowledge of Hours of Service and MTO/DOT regulations is advantageous. - Attention to detail, good time management, and organizational skills. - Computer proficiency in Zoho CRM, Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF, and PowerPoint. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Database management skills are essential. - Availability to work on weekends if required. - Experience with other trucking companies is a plus. Note: This is a full-time position based in Ludhiana, Punjab. Night shift with weekend availability is required. Benefits include paid sick time and performance bonus. A Bachelor's degree is required for education, and 1 year of experience in E-Log book auditing and Zoho applications is preferred. Language proficiency required is English, and the work location is in person.,
