Safety Compliance Manager

Role Overview: You will be working as a Safety Compliance Manager at Sophistic Networks Technologies Pvt Ltd, located in Pune, with the flexibility of some work from home. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure regulatory and safety compliance within the organization. This includes conducting training sessions, investigating accidents, and managing Environment Health and Safety (EHS) programs. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing safety policies, conducting audits, and maintaining consistent adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure regulatory and safety compliance within the organization - Conduct training sessions for employees on safety protocols - Investigate accidents and implement preventive measures - Manage Environment Health and Safety (EHS) programs effectively - Develop and implement safety policies and procedures - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety standards Qualifications Required: - Skills in Regulatory Compliance and Safety Compliance - Experience in Training and conducting Accident Investigations - Knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practices - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting - Bachelors degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or a related field - Professional certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or similar are a plus,
