Safety & Compliance Educator

• Deliver online/offline

  awareness & compliance training sessions

  on the POSH Act (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace) and workplace safety.
• Train employees, HR teams, and management on their

  legal duties and responsibilities

  .
• Guide organizations on

  POSH compliance

  and setting up Internal Complaints Committees (ICC).
• Represent our trust in front of

  corporate and government stakeholders

  .
• Act as a

  change agent

  in building safer, more inclusive workplace cultures.
