Overall Centre and Mobile Unit Management • Manage day-to-day operations of the SSSK Facilitation Center and two mobile SSSK vans. • Ensure smooth coordination between field teams, mobile units, and the central office. • Maintain daily schedules, routing plans, and deployment of manpower for mobile units. • Monitor service delivery timelines and staff attendance. 2. BOCW Workers Registration & Renewal • Supervise and facilitate the registration of new construction workers under BBOCWWB. • Oversee timely renewal of existing workers’ registrations, including biometric updates. • Ensure accurate data entry and verification of required documents. 3. Cess Collection Support • Coordinate with contractors and employers for raising awareness about cess obligations. • Assist in collecting basic data from construction sites to support cess estimation and recovery. • Maintain a record of all cess-related field visits and interactions. 4. Awareness and Outreach Activities • Organize awareness drives on welfare schemes and services offered by BBOCWWB. • Use mobile SSSK vans as mobile awareness platforms—disseminating IEC material, audio-visual content, and live demonstrations. • Engage with workers at construction sites, labor chowks, and market hubs to educate them about their entitlements. 5. Scheme Promotion and Support • Introduce and explain newly launched BBOCWWB welfare schemes to the workers and employers. • Guide beneficiaries in filling application forms and collecting supporting documents. • Provide support in grievance redressal and scheme benefit tracking. 6. New Construction Site Mapping • Identify and document new construction sites during mobile unit field visits. • Update the site database with key information such as contractor details, estimated worker strength, and project duration. • Submit weekly reports to the district nodal officer. 7. Coordination with BBOCWWB and Stakeholders • Act as the primary point of contact between the SSSK unit and BBOCWWB district and state-level officials. • Liaise with local labour officials, government departments, and other stakeholders for program implementation. • Share regular MIS reports, performance dashboards, and incident logs. 8. Capacity Building & Team Supervision • Train field executives and support staff on BOCW registration, scheme implementation, and worker engagement techniques. • Assign daily tasks and monitor performance of SSSK field teams and mobile van operators.9. Record Keeping & Documentation • Maintain up-to-date records of all activities conducted at the center and in the field. • Safeguard sensitive worker data and ensure adherence to data privacy norms. • Ensure proper maintenance of physical and digital documentation for audit purposes. 10. Feedback and Continuous Improvement • Collect feedback from beneficiaries on the quality and usefulness of services. • Suggest operational improvements for better service delivery and coverage. • Support implementation of technology tools (apps, biometric systems, tablets) for real-time monitoring

Data Entry & Record Management • Accurately enter all data related to: o BOCW worker registration and renewal o Scheme applications and benefit distribution o Cess collection interactions o Outreach and awareness activities • Maintain both physical and digital records of all transactions, ensuring completeness and correctness. 2. Software & Portal Handling • Operate BBOCWWB registration and scheme portals for data entry and application processing. • Use biometric devices, tablets, and scanning tools to upload documents and register workers. • Ensure real-time syncing of field data to the central server wherever applicable. 3. Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reporting • Generate daily MIS reports on registrations, renewals, cess awareness visits, scheme linkages, and outreach coverage. • Share data summaries and dashboards with the SSSK Manager and district nodal officer as per prescribed formats. • Maintain back-up of all reports for internal reference and audits. 4. Data Verification & Validation • Cross-check the accuracy of documents submitted by workers before uploading. • Validate Aadhaar, bank details, and other inputs against government records or software flags. • Report anomalies or suspicious entries to the SSSK Manager for rectification. 5. Monitoring Mobile Unit Performance • Assist in compiling field activity logs of mobile SSSK vans—routes covered, workers served, sites visited. • Consolidate field forms, attendance sheets, and beneficiary feedback for records. 6. Coordination with Field Team • Provide daily data support to field staff and ensure that all forms and registrations are properly logged. • Help track pending applications, rejected entries, and missing documentation. • Support in printing filled forms, ID cards, and other outputs as required by the field team. 7. Support in Awareness & IEC Events • Record attendance, engagement numbers, and beneficiary responses during awareness drives. • Document photos, videos, and geo-tagged records from awareness and outreach activities. 8. Grievance Tracking • Log complaints and service requests received at the centre or through mobile units. • Maintain a database of grievances, follow-ups, and resolutions for tracking and reporting. 9. Asset and Inventory Data • Keep record of IT and registration equipment (laptops, biometric kits, printers, tablets, power backup devices). • Update usage logs and report technical issues or shortages to the SSSK Manager. 10. Confidentiality and Data Security • Handle worker data with utmost confidentiality. • Follow all protocols for data privacy, system access, and secure storage of record
Office and Centre Maintenance • Ensure daily cleaning and upkeep of the SSSK centre, including furniture, equipment, and common areas. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of mobile vans before and after each field deployment. • Arrange chairs, tables, banners, and IEC materials for awareness camps or outreach activities. 2. Support to Registration and Field Staff • Assist staff during worker registration and scheme application processes by: o Managing queues o Helping with form distribution o Guiding beneficiaries to the correct counters or personnel • Help staff carry registration kits, biometric machines, or awareness materials during mobile van operations. 3. Document Handling and Filing • Sort and arrange physical forms, photocopies, and other documents submitted by beneficiaries. • Help in filing and organizing documentation for easy retrieval. • Assist in courier dispatch or collection of documents if required. 4. Inventory and Stationery Management • Maintain stock of office essentials like paper, pens, forms, ID cards, etc. • Report low inventory levels to the SSSK Manager for timely replenishment. • Handle movement and safekeeping of field materials like banners, tents, and awareness kits. 5. Support in IEC and Awareness Drives • Set up awareness stalls, IEC corners, and display units at construction sites and public locations. • Distribute leaflets, posters, and other publicity materials to workers and the public. • Assist in arranging refreshments, water, and seating during public events or camps. 6. Visitor and Beneficiary Support • Greet and guide visitors or workers arriving at the centre. • Help them understand the flow of services and direct them to the appropriate service counter. • Assist elderly, differently abled, or illiterate workers with form filling or document handling. 7. Errands and Logistics • Run basic errands like bank visits, market purchases, or delivery of letters/documents within the local area. • Accompany staff during field visits when required for setup, logistics, or equipment handling. 8. Safety and Discipline • Ensure that the working environment is safe, clean, and organized always. • Help in maintaining discipline at the centre and during mobile outreach, especially in high-footfall locations. 9. Reporting and Supervision • Work under the direction of the SSSK Manager and follow instructions from MIS staff or registration executives. • Report any issues related to office functioning, maintenance needs, or worker feedback to the manager promptly
