S/4HANA FI Manager

As a S/4HANA FI Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Finance (FI) module implementation and support within SAP S/4HANA. Your role will involve managing end-to-end financial processes, ensuring compliance, and driving digital transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead SAP S/4HANA FI module design, configuration, and deployment. - Ensure integration with CO, MM, SD, and other relevant modules. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. - Oversee financial closing, reporting, and compliance processes. - Manage FI workstreams in S/4HANA implementation projects. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Provide post-implementation support and resolve complex issues. - Mentor and guide FI consultants and junior team members. - Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and change requests. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong expertise in SAP FI module and S/4HANA functionalities. - Hands-on experience in General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting. - Knowledge of Fiori apps, SAP Activate methodology, and integration with CO/MM/SD. - Experience in data migration, cutover planning, and testing cycles. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: - SAP S/4HANA certification in FI. - Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations. - Familiarity with ABAP debugging and integration with external systems. In this role, you will be expected to deliver successful implementation of FI module in S/4HANA projects, ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards, and maintain high-quality documentation while adhering to project standards.,
