Professional Summary Experienced and certified SAP Mid-Senior Basis Consultant with over 6-9 years of hands-on experience in SAP system administration, upgrades, installations, migrations, and performance tuning. Proven expertise in managing complex SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA, BW/4 HANA, SAP Router, Business Objects, Solution Manager, GRC, SDI, OpenText, ICC, Cloud Connectors. Adept at working in both on-premise and cloud environments (AWS/Azure). Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities: - Perform SAP system administration including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems -S/4HANA, BW/4 HANA, SAP Router, Business Objects, Solution Manager, GRC, SDI, OpenText, ICC, Cloud Connectors, and Bastion Host - Handle SAP upgrades, support packages, enhancement packs, and kernel updates - Led system refresh and client copy activities for development and QA systems - Perform kernel upgrades, support pack stack upgrades, and SAP HANA DB maintenance - Manage transport landscape and support change control procedures - Handle SAP user administration and role maintenance in coordination with SAP Security team - Provide 24/7 production support and resolve high-priority incidents under tight SLAs - Collaborate with the infrastructure team for system performance tuning and availability optimization - Manage client copies, system refreshes, and transports - Monitor system performance and tune SAP systems and databases for optimal performance - Perform user and role administration (authorization management) - Troubleshoot system issues and work with functional and technical teams to resolve problems - Manage and support SAP HANA databases, including backups and replication setups - Perform system monitoring using SAP Solution Manager and other monitoring tools - Handle disaster recovery planning and execution - Maintain high availability and disaster recovery for SAP environments - Document technical procedures and configurations - Experience in SAP upgrade projects including major version upgrades to S/4HANA 2021/2023 is a must - Provide inputs on new automation initiatives and improvements Qualification Required: - Graduate,
