As an Analyst (S2P Operations), your responsibilities will include processing supplier requests for all global regions, liaising with various departments for approvals, resolving issues related to supplier requests, monitoring the service now portal, and ensuring timely processing of tickets. You will also evaluate business processes for improvement opportunities, maintain transaction records, collate quality-related data, and update process SOPs consistently. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with 4-8 years of experience in transaction processing and group mailbox handling. Experience in creating business process reports and a self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure are highly preferred.
