Rust Developer

As a Software Engineer in the area of Software Engineering, your role involves the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications. You will be applying scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems, while also being responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance. Your work will require the exercise of original thought and judgment, as well as the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. You will be expected to build skills and expertise in your software engineering discipline to meet standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities. Collaboration and teamwork with other software engineers and stakeholders are essential aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems. - Develop and apply software engineering practice and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance. - Exercise original thought and judgment, and supervise the work of other software engineers. - Build skills and expertise in your software engineering discipline. - Collaborate and act as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience writing test cases and building test frameworks. - Proficiency in C++, Backend as RUST & Python. - Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, EC2, CloudWatch). - Experience with observability tools like Datadog. - Good to have knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other deployment tools. - Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins). - Knowledge of Data streaming platforms like KAFKA or equivalent. - Know-how on Data controlling and routing platform like Cribl or similar. Grade Specific Details: - More than a year of relevant work experience. - Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, producing accurate and reliable results. - Demonstrates the ability to apply skills and knowledge to a range of tasks and problems. - Organizes own time effectively to deliver against tasks with a mid-term horizon. - Works cooperatively with others to achieve team goals and positively impact project performance. - Makes decisions based on understanding of the situation, not just the rules.,
