Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best coding practices.
• Build robust, scalable, and secure APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services as required.
• Maintain documentation for technical designs, processes, and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in

  Ruby

  on Rails

  development.
• Strong understanding of

  MVC architecture

  ,

  RESTful APIs

  , and

  Object-Oriented Programming

  .
• Experience with relational databases such as

  PostgreSQL

  or

  MySQL

  .
• Proficiency in frontend technologies:

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

  , and frameworks like React/Angular (good to have).
• Hands-on experience with

  , CI/CD pipelines, and deployment to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong knowledge of
