Rubber Moulding Operator

Key Roles & Responsibilities:  Set up and adjusted Molds in moulding machines, improving setup times ·Operated and maintained moulding machines. Collaborated with engineering team to implement process improvements, increasing machine uptime. Trained new operators on safe and effective use of machinery, reducing training time. Ensure preventive maintenance of production equipment and coordinate with the engineering team for repairs. Conducted regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, reducing downtime. Monitored and optimized Rubber moulding processes to ensure product quality Prepare production reports. Conduct routine clean the machines, Inspecting, degating, grinding runners, removal of flash, cleaning, and the performing of finishing procedures Required Qualifications & Skills: 10th,12th, ITI, B.E-Mechanical /Diploma Mech, EEE 3 to 7 years of experience in Rubber Moulding. ·Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
