Rubber Mats Production Supervisor

Job Summary:
Supervise the production of rubber mats, ensuring smooth operations, good quality, and safety in the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production activities.
• Supervise workers on moulding, finishing, and packing.
• Ensure machines are used properly and maintained.
• Monitor material usage and reduce wastage.
• Check product quality and fix issues quickly.
• Keep production records and reports.
• Train new workers and guide the team.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the factory.

Requirements:

• Experience in rubber mat or similar manufacturing.
• Basic technical knowledge of rubber moulding machines.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to meet production targets.

Work Conditions:

• Factory work with machinery and heat exposure.
• Shift work may be required.

Salary: Based on experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
