Rubber Mats Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor for rubber mat manufacturing, your role will be to ensure smooth operations, maintain good quality, and prioritize safety in the factory. - Manage daily production activities effectively. - Supervise workers engaged in moulding, finishing, and packing processes. - Ensure proper usage and maintenance of machines. - Monitor material usage to reduce wastage. - Quickly address and fix any product quality issues. - Maintain production records and prepare reports. - Train new workers and provide guidance to the team. - Uphold safety standards and cleanliness within the factory premises. To excel in this role, you should have: - Experience in rubber mat or similar manufacturing processes. - Basic technical knowledge of rubber moulding machines. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to meet production targets consistently. Your work environment will involve factory settings with machinery and exposure to heat. There may be a requirement for shift work based on production needs.
