Job Title: Machine Operator – Kneader Machine (Rubber Industry)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Overview:
TDPL is seeking an experienced *Machine Operator* to operate and maintain a kneader machine used in the rubber industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with rubber processing machinery, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining temperature control, and meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate the kneader machine efficiently and safely.
Monitor and maintain correct temperature settings during operations.
Inspect machinery before and after use to ensure proper functioning.
Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs when required.
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines strictly.
Maintain production records and report any issues to the supervisor.
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the work area.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating kneader machines in the **rubber industry**.
Knowledge of temperature monitoring and basic machine maintenance.
Physically fit to handle 12-hour shifts.
Must be from **Bikaner or nearby areas.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
