As a Manager, you will lead a large team in the Record to Report domain, driving process excellence, compliance, and timely reporting. You will oversee accounting operations, audits, and act as a people manager ensuring growth and delivery.
Responsibilities
You shall lead a large team in the Record to Report domain while ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements - KPI & CPI.
Review team's day-to-day activities, including but not limited to Account Reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis, and other requests.
Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis, in accordance with deadlines.
Work closely with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues.
Prioritize multiple partners and business requirements effectively.
Support metrics reporting for significant processes.
Act as a people manager - responsible for hiring, developing structured learning paths, and serving as an operations mentor for the team.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate Degree in Finance (M.Cometc) with ICWA or CPA, OR Qualified Chartered Accountant.
Experience in Financial Reporting, General Ledger accounting, and Record to Report processes.
Proven experience managing a team
Strong expertise in trend analysis for both P&L and Balance Sheet.
Proven experience in audit/Statutory audit disclosures.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion
Proficiency in Fixed Assets management - New requests/Addition/Retirals/Reporting/BS Reconciliation/P&L calculation.
D365 (Dynamics 365, advanced version of Navision).
Experience in ServiceNow, Jira, Blackline, and Alteryx.
