• To assist business in creation of the purchase requisition, follow up on the goods receipt & track the invoice to the payment
• Weekly & Monthly Reporting.• Ensure all the requests are actioned as per SLA, safeguard achievement of CSPI Application Support Process.• Any additional task as necessary to ensure that meets its deadlines.• Be proactive and inventive with ideas to improve service / deliverables to client.• Define and monitor controls to ensure day to day deliverable of the process are met.• To manage the performance of the area against planned or expected outcomes to meet customer requirements/SLA/TAT.
Minimum 2 yrs experience in RTR.
Good Communication Skill.Shift time Any 9 hours shift.Work mode(WFH/WFO) Till training, users to be in office and post stabilization, it is hybrid.
