In this role, The Assistant Manager oversees RTR delivery for assigned entities/regions. Ensures compliance, drives efficiencies, manages a team, and partners with other finance and business functions.
Responsibilities
Talent retention and leadership pipeline.
Preparation and Manage team's execution of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
Review and approve financial statements for accuracy.
Ensure compliance with SOX/internal controls and accounting standards.
Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and auditors.
Lead month-end close governance meetings.
Drive automation and standardization initiatives.
Develop team capabilities and succession planning.
SLA/KPI adherence for RTR delivery.
Team engagement and performance.
Successful audits with minimal findings
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Chartered Accountant/CPA/MBA Finance.
Relevant years RTR/Controllership experience, with people management.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Leadership and people development.
Strong accounting and compliance knowledge.
Process re-engineering and automation exposure.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
