About The Role

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Director RTM / TPM / CRM (P2) to lead strategic programs and delivery initiatives across our retail technology and shared services landscape. The ideal candidate will combine strong program management acumen with deep functional knowledge in Merchandising, Product Information Management (PIM), and Image Analytics, driving alignment between technology, business, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across RTM, CRM, and merchandising platforms.
• Manage multi-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Oversee integration of PIM and image analytics tools to enhance retail data quality and insights.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, performance, and operational governance.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable technology roadmaps.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks across global initiatives.
  

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT / Shared Services with a strong focus on RTM, TPM, or CRM domains.
• Proven leadership in managing enterprise-scale programs and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on understanding of retail merchandising systems, PIM workflows, and image analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with a focus on delivery excellence.
