We are hiring an experienced RTB Specialist to lead business development, drive RTB integrations, and optimize performance across our programmatic ecosystem. You will work closely with platforms such as AdKernel, Bidscube, SmartyAds, Beachfront, Epom, Gamoshi, and other white-label or self-serve RTB solutions. This role requires a hybrid skillset combining technical know-how, strategic thinking, and partner management.
Lead OpenRTB integrations with DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, and monetization partners using platforms like AdKernel, Bidscube, and others.
Manage seat creation, traffic routing, and endpoint configurations on platforms (e.g., server-to-server integrations, bidder setup, traffic tags).
Validate bid responses, creative rendering, and win notifications via tools like Postman, Charles Proxy, or live logs.
Liaise with tech teams to troubleshoot latency, QPS issues, and VAST errors.
Identify and onboard new programmatic demand (DSPs, agencies, brands) and supply (publishers, networks) partners.
Pitch platform capabilities, targeting options, and monetization models to potential partners.
Negotiate commercial terms, revenue shares, and traffic volumes to drive incremental growth.
Monitor partner satisfaction and build long-term scalable relationships.
Monitor and optimize key RTB metrics: fill rate, win rate, eCPM, CTR, viewability, and IVT (invalid traffic).
Collaborate with monetization and analytics teams to segment traffic, adjust floor prices, and apply bid modifiers.
Test and optimize ad formats including banner, native, interstitial, rewarded video, and CTV.
Implement anti-fraud solutions and optimize for clean, high-quality traffic.
Deep understanding of OpenRTB protocol (2.32.6+), VAST/VPAID/OMID, and JSON bid logic.
Hands-on experience with platforms like AdKernel, Bidscube, SmartyAds, Beachfront, Epom, Gamoshi, Ubex, or similar.
Experience with SSP/DSP dashboards, bidstream analysis, and creative QA workflows.
Familiarity with postback tracking, macro parameters, and click/impression trackers.
Proven success in scaling RTB partnerships, monetizing inventory, or managing ad exchanges.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to read bid logs, performance reports, and traffic quality scores.
Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
