RTA Analyst (WFM)

As a member of the WFM team at FIS, you will play a crucial role in handling various operational and strategic tasks to ensure efficient workforce management. You will be the go-to person for resolving escalated issues beyond the operations analyst's authority, including conflicts related to scheduling, resources, or technical matters. Your responsibilities will include: - Gathering, analyzing, and summarizing recommendations for long-term human capital plans and strategy perspectives. - Researching and compiling data to forecast and prepare annual and monthly budget projections. - Tracking revenue and operating expenses on a monthly basis, making necessary adjustments as needed. - Preparing management reports summarizing research results, analyses, and evaluation discrepancies. - Collaborating with operations and stakeholders to build forecasting models and provide business analytics and insights. - Driving initiatives for profitability improvement through automation and handling ad hoc requests. - Demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Utilizing strong WFM domain knowledge to create capacity plans, staffing forecasts, and pricing scenarios. - Comfortably working night shifts to fulfill job requirements efficiently.
