RTA Analyst (WFM)

As a member of the WFM team at FIS, you will play a crucial role in driving various initiatives related to forecasting, budgeting, and profitability improvement. Your responsibilities will include the following: - Serve as an escalation point for issues beyond the authority of operations analysts, resolving conflicts related to scheduling, resources, or technical matters. - Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for long-term human capital planning strategies, researching and compiling data for annual and monthly budget projections. - Prepare reports for management summarizing research results, analyses, and evaluations, highlighting any discrepancies. - Collaborate with operations and other stakeholders to create capacity plans, staffing forecasts, pricing scenarios, and other analyses required by management. - Drive initiatives for profitability improvement through automation and handle ad hoc requests on a monthly basis. - Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and communication skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.
