Here's What You Will Do -
- Responsible for expanding and growing Finnable's business in Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, region in the north
- Hiring Sales Executives, Product Training and Motivating the Sales staff in generating business
- Understand the product, prepare monthly/weekly working plans for the sales teams, review daily, weekly and monthly plan for the team/city
- Responsible for the productivity of the team. The individual will provide necessary updates and feedback to sales teams to achieve the desired business objective
- Responsible for creating a robust business model and strong sales team for generating top line as well as bottom-line growth month-on-month
- Managing and supporting the effective deployment of a team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area, exploring new markets and allocating resources to the most profitable opportunities
- Prepare relevant reports as per the requirement and carry out performance analysis
