CLIENT: Diversified producer of processed foods like Gherkins, Jalapenos, Silver Skin Onions, Beet, Baby Corn, Bell Pepper, Tomato paste/sauce, Ginger Garlic paste, Mayonnaise etc..

Key Result Areas:

• Drive regional sales cross MT,ECom ,QCom and GT channels.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive B2C sales strategy to maximize product visibility, availability and market penetration.

• Identify and explore new sales avenues (digital – Modern Trade, ecommerce) for faster paced growth.

• Lead and mentor a team for providing guidance and support to optimize their performance.

• Monitor and control super-stockiest operations of Eastern India.

• Responsible for timely payouts against outstanding of channel partners through sales team.

Incumbent profile:

• MBA, 12-15 years sales experience in Food industry with rich exposure to GT,Modern Trade and food service segments (HORECA, QSRs) in Eastern India.

• Good knowledge of Eastern India markets, distributors, retailers.

• Working exposure as Regional/Area Sales Head in Food sector.

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 18LPA
