Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a RRB Pharmacist Prep Trainee. The RRB Pharmacist Prep Trainee will engage in daily tasks such as preparing educational materials, conducting training sessions, assisting students with exam preparation, and keeping up-to-date with the latest industry standards. The role also involves creating and conducting mock exams, providing feedback to students, and collaborating with fellow trainers and faculty members to enhance the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Pharmaceuticals, Clinical Research, Medical Coding, and Life Sciences
• Ability to create educational materials and conduct training sessions
• Experience with exam preparation and mock exams creation
• Excellent communication and feedback-giving skills
• Strong collaboration skills with peers and faculty members
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field
• Experience in teaching or training is a plus
