R&R HIA - Transparency Reporting - Associate 2

Role Overview: As a HIA Spend Transparency Reporting Analyst at PwC, you will be responsible for collecting internal and external HCP and HCO program documentation, reconciling and reviewing invoices for reportability, and ensuring transparency reporting into the system of record. Your role will involve correcting errors, flagging anomalies, and meeting tight SLA timelines and reporting deadlines. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth project delivery and maintain compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Collect and reconcile invoices for stand-alone activities in the system of record. - Review and categorize invoice items by spend type and HCP/HCO participation. - Fill out transparency reporting template with itemized spend and transfer of value data. - Submit Invoice/contract requests and update Smartsheet tracker. - Request recipient and Client IDs for OUS and US HCPs/HCOs using outreach systems. - Create compliance checklist for each HCP/HCO activity. - Request missing vendor information in the shared site. - Standardize processes, maintain playbooks/SOP as part of change management. - Manage deliverables on or ahead of deadlines and report any issues/risks beforehand. - Act as the POC for regular reports and follow-up activities with the client. - Fulfill any other responsibilities that naturally align with this role. Qualifications Required: - 02 years of experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences domain knowledge, and/or regulatory reporting experience. - Ability to logically and critically evaluate HCP, HCO, and Patient engagement and follow process steps. - Strong financial acumen for reconciling invoices and expenses. - Attention to detail and comfortable with data entry. - Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications. - Strong English language reading comprehension and writing skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing quality and accuracy. - Excellent team player and able to work with minimal guidance. - Previous experience with transparency background check is a plus.
