IT Recruitment Specialist (RPO Deployed at Client Location)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to work under the RPO model, deployed at the client’s location. The role involves managing end-to-end IT recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely fulfillment of client hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage full-cycle IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

* Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders for workforce planning

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels

* Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews of candidates

* Coordinate interviews between candidates and client stakeholders

* Negotiate offers and manage offer rollouts

* Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure SLA adherence

* Build strong relationships with client stakeholders

* Ensure quality hiring within defined TAT

Stakeholder Management

* Act as the primary point of contact for client hiring managers

* Conduct regular hiring review meetings

* Provide market insights and hiring trends

* Manage escalations and ensure client satisfaction

* Align recruitment strategies with business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 4–7 years of experience in IT recruitment

* Experience working in RPO or client-facing environment

* Strong understanding of technical roles

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously

* Strong stakeholder management capability

* Experience with ATS and recruitment tools

* Experience working at client location (onsite deployment)

* Knowledge of IT industry hiring trends
