Job Title:

Required skills and qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong expertise in
ITOM
(Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration).
Experience with
ITAM
/IT Asset Management, including
HAM/SAM
processes.•Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, MID Server.•Solid understanding of CMDB architecture, CI classes, and relationship mapping.•Experience building
REST/SOAP APIs
and third-party integrations.•Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, update sets, and platform performance optimization.•ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITOM, CIS-Discovery, ITAM) preferred.•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.•Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Skills and Certifications•ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)•ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)• ServiceNow Certified CIS HAM (Hardware Asset Management)•ServiceNow Certified CIS SAM (Software Asset Management)•CIS ITOM (ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Operations Management)•Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.•Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.•Experience with Git or other version control systems.
