We are seeking a skilled Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to support and enhance our enterprise automation initiatives. This role involves optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless bot performance. The ideal candidate should have experience in Automation Anywhere and be capable of handling critical production issues, documentation updates, and bot migration activities. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Requirement Analysis: Understanding and analyzing business processes to identify optimization to existing bot code. Optimizing existing bot : Creating and developing reusable components using Automation Anywhere tools to be re-used and help optimize to reduce code complexity for existing bot for minimal failures and embed error handling and common error logging for better reporting/Automated reporting. Testing and Debugging: Conducting thorough testing to ensure bots function correctly and debugging any issues that arise. Documentation: Preparing detailed documentation for each bot, including design specifications, test cases, and user manuals. Collaboration: Working closely with business stakeholders, process analysts, and other team members to ensure successful automation implementation. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications Primary Skills: Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using Automation Anywhere 360 (AA360). Translate complex business processes into scalable and maintainable automation workflows. Design and build reusable components, bots, and automation libraries to drive development efficiency. Integrate AA360 bots with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, databases, and APIs. Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and conduct code and design reviews to ensure quality standards. Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to minimize recurring failures. Ensure high availability and reliability of automation workflows. Manage Control Room activities including patching, version upgrades, and maintaining bot health. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all bots, including change logs and knowledge base entries. Demonstrate advanced expertise in bot development, Control Room operations, and Bot Insight analytics Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, VBScript, or Python for enhanced bot capabilities. Secondary Skills:. Skilled in reverse engineering to understand and enhance existing automation flows. Working knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) for incident, request and Change management. Familiar with API concepts and integration techniques.
