RPA UI Path Support Lead

As a Technical Lead at Birlasoft, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and implementation of innovative solutions. With a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience, you will leverage your expertise to drive successful projects for large organizations. Your responsibilities will revolve around UiPath RPA, ServiceNow ticket queue monitoring, issue resolution, and ensuring the smooth operation of digital workforce (Bots) for automated processes. You will be expected to possess a strong background in UiPath RPA, including UiPath RPA Developer, UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Unattended Bot, and Document understanding. Your primary duties will include leading the support team, tracking tickets, ensuring SLAs are met, and proactively monitoring automated processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing enhancements for automated processes, as well as leading communications with USC. Furthermore, your role will involve supporting planning related to shift rosters, handovers, standup calls, SOP updating, and maintenance. You will also be accountable for reporting SLAs and other KPI metrics to the management.
