Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RPA Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure robotic process automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), strong architectural and design thinking, and a solid understanding of enterprise IT environments. Mandatory Skills Technical Architect, Uipath Role & responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of RPA solutions across multiple business functions. Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design RPA frameworks and reusable components to ensure maintainability and scalability. Define and enforce best practices for development, security, performance, and maintainability. Conduct feasibility assessments and process suitability analysis for automation. Review and approve RPA solution design documents (SDD), technical architecture documents (TAD), and other relevant artifacts. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to RPA developers and junior architects. Ensure proper deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning of bots in production environments. Integrate RPA with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, APIs, databases). Stay current with RPA technology trends and suggest improvements or innovations.
