RPA Specialist

The ideal candidate for this position in Chennai, India should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with immediate availability. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional RPA solutions. You will conduct analysis and design sessions to assess the feasibility and impact of potential RPA initiatives. Additionally, you will create technical designs, process maps, flowcharts, and other relevant documentation. It will be your responsibility to test and validate developed RPA solutions to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements. You will also implement version control and change management processes to guarantee solution stability and scalability. Monitoring and optimizing RPA performance through regular maintenance and updates will be an essential part of your role. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in training and mentoring junior developers while providing guidance on RPA best practices. Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, experience in automating business processes, understanding of databases and SQL queries, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze complex problems are some of the key skills required for this role. The desired profile for this position includes knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture concepts, experience integrating APIs and web services into automated flows, a basic understanding of AI and machine learning principles, exposure to DevOps practices, and agile development methodologies. Previous experience in developing bots related to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) would be advantageous.
