RPA Run Support Engineer

As an RPA Run Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations of an Information Technology (IT) environment for global support. Your responsibilities will include: - Having a minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere - Demonstrating proficiency in Automation Anywhere across different versions - Possessing intermediary skills in Excel Macros - Holding Automation Anywhere Advanced/Master certification would be a plus Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing and troubleshooting technical/production issues of Automation Anywhere Platform & related components - Resolving technical issues related to Automation Anywhere platform on VM environment - Documenting all procedures related to Automation Anywhere support - Being accountable for every assigned task for fixing and delivering the right support - Driving initiatives within RPA team for better efficiency - Preparing technical tips and tricks for all-important applications to facilitate quicker issue troubleshooting by peers - Participating in a shift pattern/on-call rotation providing covering 7 days a week - Willingness to work in US shifts - Demonstrating strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Qualification Required: - Minimum 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere - Proficiency in Automation Anywhere across different versions - Intermediary skills in Excel Macros - Nice to have Automation Anywhere Advanced/Master certification About Company: Our client is a prominent Indian multinational corporation specializing in information technology (IT), consulting, and business process services.
