RPA Run Support Engineer

Role Overview: You will be working as an Automation Support Analyst, responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of an Information Technology (IT) involved in global support. Your role will require strong technical skills in understanding applications, network, databases, servers, and storage troubleshooting and analysis. You will be analyzing and troubleshooting technical/production issues of the Automation Anywhere Platform and related components. Additionally, you will be documenting procedures related to Automation Anywhere support, accountable for fixing and delivering the right support, driving initiatives within the RPA team for better efficiency, and preparing technical tips and tricks for important applications to aid in quicker issue resolution. Participation in a shift pattern/on-call rotation covering 7 days a week, including willingness to work in US shifts, will be expected. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 4 to 5 years hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere - Proficiency in Automation Anywhere across different versions - Intermediate skills in Excel Macros - Nice to have Automation Anywhere Advanced/Master certification - Supporting day-to-day operations of IT involved in global support - Analyzing and troubleshooting technical/production issues of Automation Anywhere Platform & related components - Solving technical issues related to Automation Anywhere platform on VM environment - Documenting all procedures related to Automation Anywhere support - Being accountable for every assigned task for fixing and delivering the right support - Driving initiatives within the RPA team for better efficiency - Preparing technical tips and tricks for important applications to aid in quicker issue resolution - Participating in a shift pattern/on-call rotation providing covering 7 days a week, including willingness to work in US shifts Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 to 5 years hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere - Proficiency in Automation Anywhere across different versions - Intermediate skills in Excel Macros - Nice to have Automation Anywhere Advanced/Master certification,
